Hunter Pruett

I'm currently at Ramp as an applied AI Software Engineer Intern, and will be returning to Ramp's Applied AI Team for Fall 2025. You can read about my spreadsheet agent I built over summer at Ramp's builders blog.

I currently attend UC Berkeley and study EECS and will graduate in 289 days exactly.

Work-wise, I've become really good at Full Stack Development (using React, NextJS, ExpressJS, TypeScript, etc.) and am now focusing on building LLM-based products.

At Berkeley, I enjoy studying machine learning topics like Q-learning and reinforcement learning (from CS 188 at Berkeley), and find topics from CS 70 incredibly interesting, like RSA encryption and the Halting Problem.

I also take on many of my own projects, including an automatic trading system that uses LLM's to execute trading strategies, and a remotely-deployed off-grid IoT hosting network.
